Follow these steps to have everything you need at your fingertips.
- Search Register Now in the Member Login box on the right side of this page.
- Enter your member identification number on your State Health Plan identification card and your date of birth.
- Choose a username and password.
- Enter your email address and choose to go paperless.
You can also download the My Health Toolkit mobile app in your app store to access your benefits on the go.
If you have not created an Express Scripts account, you’ll be prompted to create one the first time you access your pharmacy benefits through My Health Toolkit. Express Scripts is an independent company that contracts directly with the State Health Plan.

You have one convenient place for managing your health, dental and pharmacy benefits. My Health Toolkit® is your one-stop destination, and you can access it online or via the My Health Toolkit mobile app.
With My Health Toolkit, you can:
- Learn more about your coverage;
- Check medical and dental claims;
- View or replace your identification card;
- Manage your prescriptions; and
- Find a provider, dentist and medical facility.
Download the My Health Toolkit App
With the My Health Toolkit mobile app, your benefits information goes with you wherever you go. The app is available at no cost. To download it, search for My Health Toolkit in the App Store or Google Play.
Once you download the app, simply use the same username and password as you do to log in through the website.
