Rally^SM can help you get healthier one step at a time. Rally is a web and mobile platform offered at no cost to State Health Plan primary members ages 16 and older.

Rally will show you how to make simple changes to your daily routine, set goals for yourself and stay on target. The platform will give you personalized recommendations to get you moving more, eating better and feeling happier – and you’ll have fun doing it. Rally will give you support and tools to accomplish these goals.

Start with Rally’s quick online health survey that captures your interests, concerns and health status. It will tell you your Rally age, a measure of your overall health, and recommend missions for you, which are simple activities designed to improve your diet, fitness and mood. Rally creates a personalized experience including recommendations, rewards, health coaching, online communities of interest and content based on your health survey and Rally age.

You can choose to connect with a health management coach for help with managing chronic conditions like diabetes or health goals such as weight management. Coaches can recommend specific interventions to members and encourage their progress through motivational messages and secure chat features through the Rally platform.

Plus, on Rally as you complete these simple activities, you earn Rally Coins. You can exchange the coins for a chance to win exciting rewards. Rack up coins for joining missions, pushing yourself in a challenge and even just for logging in!
